Ted started his career on the finance side — pricing risk, modeling cash flows, and learning that the most valuable real estate isn't the one with the best story; it's the one with the most predictable rent check. That instinct moved him into commercial real estate, and from there straight into net lease.
Over the next two decades he built TD Commercial Group into a national NNN advisory practice — $2.5B+ closed across 500+ transactions, licensing in 50 states, and a co-broker network that lets a single property reach every qualified buyer in the country without ever touching the MLS.
The car wash vertical is where the practice goes deepest. Long primary terms, corporate-credit tenants, simple bumps, 1031-friendly mechanics — it's the boring genius of recurring rent + predictable returns + tax leverage, and we built the only vertical operator-buyer database in the space around it.
"The NNN King" is half joke, half brand promise. The joke part is the crown. The promise part is that when timing matters, we don't shop the deal — we close it.
